6. Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit time is 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days. Shipping is free on every order. Full details in our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of approval. If your order is shipped to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a statutory 14-day cooling-off right. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.
